I used to be with *another* web host. If I had a problem, I raised a support ticket, and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Usually. Then they got bought out, and support went down the swannee..
I was also restricted to 3 domains and 2GB of disk space…
So I looked around for a replacement, and found Unlimited Web Hosting. £2.75 a month, Unlimited domains, databases, disk space etc… amazing, so I snapped it up. I had problems transferring my (humungous) databases across to the new host, so THEY DID IT FOR ME! That was my first encounter with Unlimited's support people.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I fire off an e-mail to support, and get a reply (or a fix!) before I can make a coffee.
I now have EIGHT domains hosted with Unlimited, all doing just fine.
