%category_description% is only possible in "Category Title Format:"

i would like it in post titles too

a flexible solution would be most perfect here

for example an custom field which would be parsed out by something like %_the_name_of_my_custom_field_of_a_post%
this for post title only of course

or some kind of category-depending strings
