Is there anyway to have a token of some sort to tell seo-pack where to place the meta tags it generates.  In other words, on my site, there is some static code at the top that I put in, and then a bunch of stuff that some other plugins stick in, etc. etc. and at some point seo-pack puts in the description etc. 

But it would be nice to be able to supply a token, that is replaced by the meta tags that seo-pack generates (unless I'm missing something and there's already a way to do that.)
