In wordpress.org under AIO description I read:

"Provides SEO Integration for WP e-Commerce sites"

I have installed AIO and WP E- Commerce: how I can integrate SEO and E-Commerce?

Thanks!

Yes…

I am also interested in understanding how this works.

I am using “Shopp” as an e-commerce solution (shopplugin.net).

The issue I am having is on the “product pages” (not posts), in the admin WP backend, the AIO fields are not showing so I am not able to enter the title, desc, keywords like on other regular pages. When I look at the source of the rendered page I can see the AIO comment tags so I know AIO is working but since there are no desc/keywords associated with the page, they are left out.

The coders for Shopp said it is because of some “hook”?

Is there some chunk or tags that I can add to the Shopp plugin file that would allow these fields to show?

Thanks :)

Thanks for the reply.

Shopp told me that it wouldn't be until 2010 before I would see this.

Is there someone you guys could recommend I could hire that is familiar with AIO that we could make a hack for this?

Thanks :)

I am also having this problem with WP eCommerce. There is no place to add meaningful titles, descriptions and meta keywords to the products with All in One SEO Pack.

I was just wondering how it is possible to add title tags and descriptions to the products as at the moment all products say Products Page | Name of My Blog.

Here is a sample demo I have set up to make videos to show clients how to add and update their products. If I am unable to use All in One SEO Pack with WP eCommerce I will have to find another plugin. It is imperative the site is as search engine optimised as possible.

Any help or just an answer as to whether or not it is possible to SEO WP eCommerce would be fantastic.

Yes I have but as yet have received no answer. There are quite a few topics over there with the same questions that have also gone unanswered. I heard the makes or AIO were working with WP e-Commerce to integrate the two, so I thought I'd try my luck over here.

Does anyone know if you can SEO WP e-Commerce? If not, do you know of an e-Commerce plugin that does integrate with AIO? This is urgent, as I have installed it on two clients sites and they are waiting for me to upload their products. But the cart is useless if you can't optimise the products, and I can't in good faith install it for my clients.

Help!

Update: WP e-Commerce integration is working fine in terms of canonical URLs.

Check out the following link and view the source: http://apps.instinct.co.nz/wp-…..computer1/

As you'll see the following code is embedded and it works a charm.

<!-- All in One SEO Pack 1.6.6.2 by Michael Torbert of Semper Fi Web Design[-1,-1] -->
<link rel="canonical" href="http://apps.instinct.co.nz/wp-.....computer1/" />
<!-- /all in one seo pack -->

If your web host is **MODERATED - WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE PLEASE** then this might not work. If it doesn't work using WP e-Commerce then it won't work with voldemorts plugin either. Do the right thing and use a decent host that doesn't break your site in the name of uber linuxy security stuff ;-)

I am the WP e-Commerce Plugin leader. My company Instinct has been contributing to WordPress for over 6 years in one way or another - but we're mostly known for our work making the e-Commerce Plugin, the bestest of the WordPress e-Commerce Plugins. @danmilward

Is there a way to use aio the same way on blog posts with products? Adding a custom title, keyword, desc. tag rather than auto descpri. and tag keywords and title of product being the title tag?
