I just tried to install the All in One SEO plugin as usual, and it didn't auto-populate any of the title formats, and when I filled them all out, there's no button to update. I've tried it several times now and even uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it.

And there's no button to save changes, so I can't enable the plugin.
