I have another wp site that I use AIOSEO (the newest version) on and when I configured the settings, there was an option to submit to the search engines. Now on this new site that I have, I am not given this same option. Does this have something to do with the theme that I am using (atahualpa)? How do I find this option?

I'm not sure what option you're referring to in All in One SEO Pack. Are you sure you aren't thinking of the XML Sitemap Generator plugin by Arne Brachhold?
