I'm using the plugin in a customized twenty ten theme. I have wordpress 3.0 (updating to 3.1 today). I have verison 1.6.12.1 of the plugin.
I searched the forum about this topic and came across one post that seemed to indicate that there was a big and the way to fix the proble was to uncheck rewrite titles. I did this but it made no difference.
What is happening is that a page title will show up in the browser bar but the mete title does not show up. I discovered this when I submitted an article to Digg and it asked me for the title. The description and keywords show up.

I discovered my problem. My first attempt at doing the blog integration I took the elements from my sample page that mae up the header and used that as header.php, deleting a bunch of php code that I shouldn't have. The code that was missing that I needed to put back in is below (taken from the twenty ten default theme:

Everything is working fine now. I also changed my theme customixation into a child theme to allow for future upgrades to the theme.
So far I'm happy with this plugin and plan to make a donation soon.
