Moving the blog has stopped the plugin working All in One SEO Pack Troubleshooting Forum

I was building a Wordpress site on my local machine and then uploaded the finished thing onto the live server (in a beta folder). The plugin is no longer modifying menu items, title tags or anything else for that matter apart from the Title tag on the homepage.. I've tried uninstalling and deleting the plugin, as well as deleting all the rows in wp_postmeta that are set and then reinstalling it, but to no avail.

Any ideas why this is? Another strange thing is that even though I've deleted the row, the homepage Title tag is still showing the text I'd put in the original settings, but this shouldn't be possible as the database item no longer exists… Is something being cached somewhere? (I don't have any plugins for caching installed, yet alone enabled).
