New Problem with SEO Pack

Okay, so I originally had upgraded the all in one seo pack, and was using wordpress 2.7.1, so the website stopped letting me login to the wp-admin via wordpress. So I renamed the file via FTP, and was able to login, then I reinstalled all in one seo pack 1.6.12.1 (which was the version I was using before I had upgraded and got problems).

I deleted the upgrade all in one pack seo version which wasn't working, and now this new one has a problem when I click "enable" (all my previous settings are there on the all in one pack seo plugin), so it won't let me click "enable" because it says:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function esc_attr() in /home/chpic/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php on line 1387

So how can I fix this? I have over 3,000 posts that used seo pack, and I don't want to lose all the data, etc. for them (if they haven't been deleted already…). So is there a way to fix the new problem?

Admin,

So how would I solve this problem? (Do you know where I can get the all in one seo pack that is compatible with my version of 2.7.1 version of wordpress?)

In my dashboard it says that if Upgrade wordpress to version 3 that my data and posts could be deleted.

I don't really know how to backup databases, etc. and it will destroy my website, since I'm not that techy or saavy (I can't follow directions either for backing up my files because they are too complicated).

I think the only solution would be to download all in one seo pack that goes with my wordpress version of 2.7.1 do you know where I can get the link?

Thanks a lot
