please help … i have just upgrade all in one SEO plugin but then all my plugin setting are blanked.

i found this :

Your database meta needs to be updated. 69 old fields remaining (Back up your database before updating.

Your database options need to be updated.(Back up your database before updating.)

What does it mean and what should i do. Sorry, i do not understand how to repair. because i'm affraid lose my data and broke my blog. Please tell me the detail steps what to do ?
