Title and Attributes no longer showing. All in One SEO Pack Troubleshooting Forum

Hi guys,

I'll apologise early as I'm not great with web design but I muddle through it.

I have been usin AIO for a while now and it has been great, all my pages have the title, keywords, attribute etc filled in at the bottom. However I recently upgraded my WP theme (mystique) and installed W3 total cache (to combine js and css) I think things went wrong before W3 but after the theme upgrade.

Basically my titles are not showing, just page names, the title attributes don't appear anymore on hover either. It seems keywords and descriptions are still there when I do some page analysis but no titles. If anyone could give me some idea what to do to get it going that would be great, I have searched the forum for similar posts. It isn't something like it's disabled in options or anything like that (I'm not that daft!)
