I'm running WP 2.8.4 and the latest All In One SEO Version 1.6.6. 

I must have missed something but have read through many posts trying to find an answer that fits my situation. 

My "Posts" properly show the meta attributes entered into the All In One SEO but for a "Page" none of the meta title, description or keywords show. 

I have checked the header template page to make sure the header function is there and have tried the default template and still no luck.  Is this something that is supported?  If it is, any suggestions as to where to look?
