I can't find the option to define per-page canonical.

I'm using another plugin (duplicate content) but that one adds a SECOND canonical tag.
Anyway, Google is not showing my posts I created in another blog and now I'm trying to tell Google the original article is in my new blog (not the old one), puting a canonical tag in the old site, pointing to the new one.

It just doesn't work. I can't see the posts in my new blog in google.
Am I doing something wrong? Isn't it possible cross browser canonicals?

My old site is seosumo.com
the new one is socialblogsitewebdesign.com

Thanks.
