Individual Page Titles Configuring All in One SEO Pack Forum

I configured the plugin to rewrite the titles and set up a custom page title format. Now I want to overwrite this format on certain pages, thus writing special titles on the page editing screen. However, I now get a combination of both the individual title and the title string set up on the plugin's admin page!

Is this correct? How can I overwrite the title completely?

Here the title is twice as long as intented (the second "SHM" marks the beginning of the standard title…)
