I have a wordpress based website see here:

Which area do I complete for the home page – the edit page area or the ALL IN ONE SEO plugin home page? because it seems to be asking for the same information but the plugin home page asks for details that are only relevant to the blog page but my blog page is not my home page. Confused? I am.
