I'm new to All In One and have a couple questions, thanks to anyone who can provide assistance…

Is there a preferred way to set up the basic options (the page with Home Title, etc) ?  I don't know enough about SEO to fully understand what each of the options means yet :-)

I know the keywords are important to seo on each post and I have noticed the All In One section at the bottom of the page where I add new posts or edit them, should I enter keywords there or leave that section blank…?  Also there is a box to check/uncheck that says "disable for this post/page"- should I leave that blank?
