I have always had a member of our development team build our sites but even though my partner and team laughed at me I decided I wanted to have my own little project. I refuse to ask those on my development team for help as I would like to have fun with this project and make it successful on my own merits.

My question is: After I write a post or a page just underneath the writing section is an area labeled SEO details and additional style which I fill out with my information to optimize the meta title and decription as well as keywords but then at the very bottom of the page is a secton called All In One SEO Pack, it seems as though I am filling out the same information twice so I am wondering what the proper procedure is in this case?

I would appreciate any help with this!
