Title Tag Won't Change General - All in One SEO Pack Forum

I just downloaded All in One SEO.  I went to the configuration page and typed in the "Home Title" box the words that I want to appear as my title tag.  But when I visit the site, it isn't changed.  My blog name is currently coming up as the title tag, but I want to expand it by adding two more words.  I thought typing the name of the title tag i wanted into the "Home Title" box would make this change, but it doesn't.  I have the plugin 'enabled'.  What am I doing wrong???  Help!  Thank you so much!
