What does this mean? General - All in One SEO Pack Forum

I ran a plug in security check. Got messages for all but two plug ins. Working out what they mean. All this is because my sites were hacked. But doing my part, well learning, in fixing the issue.

Here is the report on All in One Seo, which by the way I am in love with. Do not want to lose it, makes my job a bit easier.
