You mention on the changelog that folks don't need to upgrade but too late. I upgrade plugins for my clients often to ensure there are no security issues. In this case, I upgraded and now get NO options in the admin page… so I can't even enable the plugin properly.

I moved back to 1.6.6.2 and it fixed the problem.  I believe the issue is somewhere near your 'Highest Donations' RSS request.  That's the last line that shows up on the page.
