I came over here to complain like everyone else, But, after looking at the page source on the home page (after upgrading the plugin), I see that this is the upgrade I have been waiting for. All the descriptions and META details are now showing on the Home page. This was my only problem with Wordpress.
Problem solved.

Well, I was a bit nervous when I saw the buttons to migrate. The screen they are on is a bit intimidating, and the instructions are not clear for someone who doesn't know much about what is going on behind the scenes. So I moused around and found this forum, and was reading the exchange between developers and "everything is gone" customer. It suddenly dawned on me that there are these hard working folks, developing a plugin I take for granted, and doing their best to keep it up to date. I wonder where you guys get your praise? Hopefully from your many satisfied customers.
Anyway, I clicked the two buttons and everything works. Probably it could say in big Letters at the very top.
"To complete your upgrade to the latest new and improved version of Allione SEO Pack
1), Backup your database, 2) Click these two buttons, 3) Enable Plugin 4) Click Update.
Or something like that.
Now, I have to make a rare appearance on the donation button to express my appreciation more tangibly.

What are these 2 buttons, where can I find the informations you're mentioning? I did a simple upgrade with wordpress and it does'n work at all.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm referring to the version from last night, the one a day before AND I'm using Wordpress 3.0.
But after the update I got blank pages on most sections of my admin-Interface (Plugiins, aticles, etc.).
Haven't tried the newest one yet.
