Two days ago I made a backup of the database and the files. Today running 2.8.1 I updated SEO and now I get those messages:

All in One SEO Pack must be configured. Go to the admin page to enable and configure the plugin.

Your database meta needs to be updated. 57 old fields remaining (Back up your database before updating.)

Your database options need to be updated.(Back up your database before updating.)

What can I do now???? In EACH post and page the fields:

Title:

Description:

Keywords (comma separated):

ARE BLANK

What can I do???? Do I have to write all of them ONE MORE TIME from the very beginning? Are they lost completely?

How can I recover all of them? I can just replace the plugin files with the older files? Or I need to do something with thte database?

PLEASE HELP Cry

Hey!

I'm doing this also – do I really need to backup my database before pressing those buttons? what's the risk??
