Greetings, and thanks for such a great plugin!

I'm using self-hosted WP 3.0.1 with a semi-customized installation of the Mystique 2.4.2 theme and I've just upgraded All-In-One SEO to Version 1.6.12.2 and I went to edit a post and noticed the Posts Admin page columns are narrow, and the rows are very high (looks like this: http://divergentweb.com/images…..ne-seo.gif ). The Pages Admin page looks fine, and so do the other admin pages I've checked (Media, Links, Comments, etc).

I get this issue in Windows XP on IE8, WinXP IE8 in compatibility mode, Firefox 3.6.10, and Chrome 6.0.472.63; Windows 7 on IE8, WinXP IE8 in compatibility mode, Firefox 3.6.10, and Chrome 6.0.472.63.

If I disable All-In-One SEO the Posts Admin page looks normal.

Thanks,
George

Yeah, I have the same issue. What I would like to know is why the "SEO Title, SEO Keywords and SEO Description" columns are empty. I have the "Autogenerate Descriptions" clicked on, so at least the generated description should how here, what am I missing? Help! :-)

I have the same problem with narrow post columns. I'm also using WP 3.0.1. I really like this plugin and I don't want to disable it, but it's so annoying I can't live with it this way. Hope this is resolved soon.

Thanks,
Sue

I'm getting the same thing, long narrow columns in the edit screen with 1.6.12.2. This did not happen with previous versions and goes away if I disable All in One SEO, the screen is normal

This upgrade really made a mess of the Edit Posts interface. Does the dev read these forums, or is there any other way to contact him? I see the contact form just sends you to the forums for support.

I hope this can be fixed soon, or at least have an option to disable.

WordPress Professional,

Thank you for the reply. I am using a 24" monitor at 1920x1200px resolution, so having a low resolution is not my issue.

Upon looking at this plugin's settings again, I have now located the option to disable these fields which I missed before.

For others interested: Go to WordPress Settings -> All in One SEO and locate 'Custom Post Types for SEO Column Support' then unselect everything. To unselect all fields, you may have to press CTRL then click (I had a problem where I couldn't get all fields unselected unless I held CTRL).

Hope that helps.

Evan

WordPress Professional, thanks for your reply. I increased my screen resolution from 1280x1024 to 1600x1200 and still had the issue. If I understand correctly from reading responses here, the problem is that checking certain options at Settings >> All In One SEO is that some of them result in extra columns on the admin pages that show Pages and Posts. I did what BobMorris did and that was the fixer for me, thanks Bob.

Also, BobMorris was correct that I had to CTRL+Click on the last entry in the 'Custom Post Types for SEO Column Support' box to deselect it.

Thanks for a wonderful plugin, Semper Fi, I've been using it for a number of years now on my personal blogs, and its now the SEO plugin of choice for my workplace as well.
