Just updated to Version 1.6.6.1 from previous version.  Lost ability to move  or add widgets. It is just not there unless I disable All in One SEO.  Other buttons on the widget page do not respond to clicks.

Ouch.. how can I restore previous version? It worked so well.

Using WP 2.8.4  that sound like great info but a lot of work.

Not sure if switching themes and disabling any other plugin applies here… Its on the control panel where things are missing.   Only upgrading SEO….  caused control panel functions to stop and ability to move widgits for example is gone.   For now I disable All in 1 SEO make my changes and and reinstall it.  Must be an easier way.

Again just the Widgets page that seems to be messed up.  Virtually no buttons work and right size is missing. Can't drag anything or open up.

Well yeah..  When I am using such a basic setup and this update screws up the control panel then yes I feel it is too much to do and much greater risk of screwing somthing up rather then the author just listen to what bugs people report and fix it rather then have us debug it for them.

I'm worried as a new user that removing everything and reinstalling it will cause more damage.  Software updates should fix bugs not create a whole bunch of them.

WordPress Professional said:Those are the initial debugging steps.  I'm sorry you feel like it's too much to do.
