Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack.php:608) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 784. This is the message I received when I hit the 'update the database (I think that was what it said, it was one of the buttons at the top of the SEO Admin area) button. What does this mean and what should I do about it?

OK, the SEO plugin says it's upgraded, should I deactivate my plugins and try and reactivate the SEO plugin again? It looks like everything is working properly now, but it had that message warning and I was worried I needed to do something more. Sorry to be such a bother.
