Hello,

I'm having a problem with getting the titles for my posts and pages to display once I enter in my custom
data in the AIOSEO fields on the Posts/Pages edit page and on the configuration page for my Home Page.

Prior to this issue, I was also having issues with my Meta and Descriptions not showing, but that was resolved
by adding the recommended piece of coding to my header.php.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

My version of wordpress is 2.9.1 and the version of the plugin is 1.6.12.1.

Is it also possible to add in custom SEO data for each of my individual Categories? I don't see anywhere I can do
this with AIOSEO but I might be missing something.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

What is the URL to your site?

Hi There…oh man I really hope you can help me here…

My URL is: http://www.abandonyouranxiety.com

Here's also a link to my header.php information:

http://wordpress.pastebin.com/25bCDcT7

I'm really stressing over this one cause I need to get this site properly
SEOed so I can get it running.

Oh -- One thing I should mention, is that many of the posts have not been SEOed because after my initial test to see if AIO worked, I didn't bother SEOing any of the other posts when I saw that it wasn't working on my site.

But if you go to this page: http://abandonyouranxiety.com/…..your-life/

That page is using the AIO plugin.

The thing is, is the website will display the default title (the name of the post/page/category) but when I try and enter my own custom title using the SEO plugin nothing shows up.

So using this page for example, when you look at it the title is: "Ending Your Struggle With Anxiety and Panic and How to Take Control of Your Life", which is the default Post title,
But in the post/edit settings where I go to enter in my custom SEO data, I have the title set up as "End Your Struggle With Anxiety and Panic" yet that title just doesn't
display. And it's the same way for all of the pages, categories and posts.

Like I said I really hope you can show me whats going on here. I also really appreciate you taking the time to check this out for me.

Hi,

I don't mean to sound impatient but have you had a chance to take a look at what might
be causing this problem?

I'd really appreciate any feedback that you can give me.

Thanks

Your header.php looks like it should be fine. Check to see if there's a conflict with another plugin. Disable all your plugins and see if titles are being rewritten. If they are, enable them one by one to find the culprit.

Hi,

I turned off only one other plugin aside from the AIOSEO plugin, and the problem persists.

I even activated the default wordpress theme and I have the same problem – everything but the
titles are working.

Just wanted to let you know I was able to solve the problem.
Feel kind of foolish because it was as simple as checking the little
box in the settings that says: Rewrite Titles

Anyways, I'd like to ask if there will eventually be a update where
category titles are able to be re-written as well?

I am having this same problem but the little box has always been checked on this website. Here are the details: http://fastglassinc.com/locati…..las-vegas/ where the title tag is just the regular tag and not this one that it is supposed to be: "Fast Glass Auto Glass Las Vegas, Window Replacement, Glass Chip Repair"
Please advise.
Thanks
Kelly
