Is there a way to add custom category page titles?

I've tried the all in one category meta plugin but all that seems to do is edit the description and keywords…

Is it possible to add keywords to the categories? I have the newest version of ALL in One SEO and Version 2.8 or above for WP and Version 1.6 or above for Thesis.
