Is there a way to add all your keywords to all pages at one time?

No, and you wouldn't want to do that anyway, as it is best for SEO if you vary your keywords for each page. Not randomly, but relative to the subject of each page.
So include the same keywords as the title, sub-title and variations of those words as keywords. You also should only be optimizing each page for one main keyword phrase, (different from the other pages) and about three or four secondary keyword phrases (also having all these in the content), with less important variations of these as low priority keywords, but try to keep fewer than 9 in total. About 5 – 7 keywords per page is optimal I have found.

Is it possible to upload a XLS/CSV spreadsheet file to update all of a site's title and META tags at once?
