I understand how to use the AIO SEO title tag for my home page. I also understand how to override the title tag for individual posts and pages by using the "Title" field in the AIO SEO box below each post/page if desired.

But, when I have AIO SEO "Post Title Format" set to "%post_title% | %blog_title%", the %blog_title% uses the title information from WP > Settings >General "Blog Title" (not AIO SEO "Home Title").

Is there any way I can append the AIO SEO "Home Title" information for individual post and page title tags. For example, set my AIO SEO "Post Title Format" to something like "%post_title% | %AIOSEO_home_title%"?
