Keywords, META Tags, Tags as Keywords Optimizing All in One SEO Pack Forum

Hi,
I use the suffusion theme and was doing pretty well with the theme SEO, however I'm not too worried about it because I'm not too worried about traffic until I have more content, but none the less, would like to start off on the right foot.

My question is, are META Keywords (which is an option on my theme) the same as "keywords" on the plug-in?

Also, In setting up the SEO plug-in, it asks if I would like to set my tags as keywords… Do I want to do this if I have the keywords set up on the plug-in for all of my posts and pages? I erased all of my tags on my posts because I do not plan on users searching my site with a tag cloud or by using post tags. However, if I had tags on my posts and had keywords, wouldn't that be like duplicating them?
