Hi there, first of all i want to make my compliment from this awesome plugin! Definitly a must-have.

Anyway, i'm looking at the source code of a single post, and i see that the meta description and meta title are exactly what I write in AIOSP special fields.

But if I perform a search on Google, I get the date of the post before the given description… something like:

"18 dic 2009 … My description for the single post"

How i can remove the date? I'm not sure this is a problem from AIOSP, but maybe some know how to change this.

Thanx in advance.

Does anyone got an idea?

Could it be that the date comes from the sitemap.xml file? :o

Nocturnal666,

Without seeing your site, I would have no way of knowing where the data is coming from.  If you checked the title, description, and keywords in your source code and they're all as you entered them in the AIOSEOP section, then AIOSEOP is functioning correctly.  It can't control what Google does with the information.

Did you have the date in the title prior to installing AIOSEOP?

Hi hallsofmontezuma and thanx for the reply! This is the url of my blog: http://www.bloglibri.it/

I've not checked it before installing AIOSEOP becouse i got the plugin since the first day. Anyway title, description and keywords seems not using the date…

Thanx again.
