WordPress is generating Error 404 – Not Found pages for each post I write. they are all the same as they add an extention of Policies.htm on the end of my Post URL's, here is an example;

When I view the source of this page I find Line 212 has
Error 404 – Not Found
I am wondering if this is caused by something in the All in One SEO Pack that has got corrupted or??? I read something in Permalinks may be screwed up.
Can anyone help me?

The support here is nearly non existant From what I am finding out it has something to do with theme pages not recognizing the fact that wordpress duplicates a page once a comment is made on a post. So not only is Google hitting you with "duplicate content" but your also getting hit with 404 error because the page doesn't exist when the bots try to crawl it. It is a real mess for sure, the harder you try to fix it the worse it gets, and with no support here it makes it even tougher….good luck…
