When I upgraded to the latest version I got this error in my logs:

Timestamp PHP Warning:  is_readable() [<a href='function.is-readable'>function.is-readable</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\\PathtoWebServer\\PathtoBlog\\/C:\\PathtoWebServer\\PathtoBlog\\/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:\\PathtoWebServer\\PathtoBlog\\) in C:\\PathtoWebServer\\PathtoBlog\\wp-includes\\l10n.php on line 261

There's an issue with the file path.

I'm running Wordpress 2.7.1 under IIS 7 in a FastCGI module PHP 5.2.9 environment and I have  cgi.fix_pathinfo set to 1 in my php.ini

If someone can offer me some advise on what's wrong and how I can fix it, please let me know.

Thanks
