The descriptions in my meta tags are not updating on my live site. WordPress remembers the changes I type in the description field, I update the pages, but the changes never appear in the source code. 

SEO was working, but for reasons I don't understand it just stopped. 

My theme does have the code <?php wp_head(); ?> in the head tag.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
