I continually experience failures while submitting to Yahoo! I've rebuilt everything in debug mode yet still receive the following error/warning output:

Errors, Warnings, Notices
Notice: Failed to ping YAHOO: Yahoo! – 400 Bad Request

Then it shows a bunch styling and finally reports the error as

in fullpath-to-wordpress/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 2234
