I am trying to add script link like this :

<script type='text/javascript' src='*.js'></script>

above the other links of script in admin panel's head .
I used

wp_enqueue_script('my_js','*.js', array('jquery'), '1.2.3');

but it put my script's link below .
Is there the way for resolving this problem ?

I try

add_action('admin_head','function_echo_js_link')

but it's unsuccessful too .

Anyone , help me , please .
