Multisite Theme Management WordPress Themes Forum

Hi,
I just installed WP 3.0.1 and created a bunch of sites, each with one blog at its own domain (no subdomain or subdirectory hokum).
When I create some blogs, I have to enable themes to be usable in the blogs of that site.
Where does Wordpress store the informations which theme is usable in what site/blog?
My first guess was the options table but I don't find anything except the actuall used theme.
I want to give all the sites permission to use all the plugins and hoped, I could do this with some sql.

Is there anybody out there who can point me to the solution for my problem?

Has anyone idea about from where I can get free templates new one. I am web designer and making this design which is related to old fashioned statues and movies but I can't find the templates regarding that.
